We want you to have the best possible experience with us at door2door Boarding School Storage. To maximise this, please go through the list below (we have pulled out the most common ones, but the rest are on our website FAQ)

Is there a weight limit for my boxes or items?

Out of concern for the backs of the collection and delivery teams we ask that boxes do not exceed our maximum weight limit of 20kgs for a Standard Box, 25Kgs for a Large or Extra-Large Box and 25Kgs for a suitcase which is the same weight as the checked baggage allowance at British Airways.

Any items greater than this limit will incur a weight surcharge of £0.50 per Kg per week so please do check that your items aren't too heavy.

Is there anything I can't store?

1. Food, perishable goods unless packed so that they are protected from and do not attract vermin

2. Items containing or made of glass (including mirrors);

3. Musical instruments in soft cases (hard travel cases are fine, but we cannot insure them)
